Chief Medical & Health Officer Kabirdham Jobs 2015 – Manager, DEO & Demonstrator Posts: Office of the Chief Medical & Health Office, District- Kabirdham (Chhattisgarh) has announced notification for the recruitment of Block Programme Manager, Feeding Demonstrator District Hospital & Data Entry Operator vacancies on contract basis. Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed application format on or before 12-10-2015 till 05:00 PM. Name of the Post:
1. Block Programme Manager: 01 post
2. Feeding Demonstrator District Hospital: 01 post
3. Data Entry Operator: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 64 as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess MBA/ MSW with minimum (55%) + 1 year Computer Diploma for S.No.1 post, B.Sc Home Science for S.No.2 post, 12th standard with at least 1 year Diploma in Computer Application for S.No.3 post.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Skill test/ Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.400/- (Rs.200/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women) in the form of Demand Draft through any nationalized bank in favour of “District Health Society Kabirdham”, payable at Kawardha.

 How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with copies of 10th class mark list, 12th standard mark list, Degree & PG all semester mark lists, relevant degree, experience, residence certificates etc., to Office of the Chief Medical & Health Officer, District – Kabirdham (Chhattisgarh) on or before 12-10-2015 till 05:00 PM by Registered post only.

Last Date for Receipt of Application: 12-10-2015 till 05:00 PM.
