3. Mechanics: 05 Posts
4. Signal/ Communication Operator: 07 Posts
5. Driver: 16 Posts
6. Armour: 04 Posts
7. Bulger: 04 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 to 21 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/ SC candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should pass 10th class for Post 1, 2, 3, 9th class passed with valid HMV/ LMV driving licence for Post 5, 6, 7, 12th pass for Post 4.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Physical Efficiency Test, Written Exam, Interview.
Application Form: Candidates may obtain from offices of all District Superintendents of Police and Commandants of MLP Battalions and Principal, PTS Mawroh Shillong on payment of Rs.50/-.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications along with all relevant documents to the Office of the DG Prisons/ Addl Director General of Police, (TAP) & Chairman, Central Recruitment Board (CRB), Meghalaya, Shillong on or before 30-04-2016.
